Starting from the Dutch-owned company NV NEDERLANSE AANEMING MAATSCHAPPIJ VOORHEEN FIRMA H.F. Boersma, on 15 March, 1973 to become the Company’s name PT NINDYA KARYA (Persero); which has several times experienced business challenges in the economic upheavals such as the monetary crisis in 1997, also the occurrence of several economic upheavals years lately such as the price of oil and other commodity price, PT NINDYA KARYA (Persero) steady growth and profitable.

In maintaining a healthy growth and sustainable company, PT NINDYA KARYA (Persero) company has specified the vision to become an excellent company and robust in the field of construction industry also has established its corporate mission to provide goods and services of high quality, strong competitiveness in the national and international market and to foster gains in order to enhance corporate value and fulfill obligations to shareholders and other stakeholders.

Its experienced in implementing projects of high-rise buildings/apartments and star hotels, airports, large dams, power plants, toll roads, ports, highways, bridges and other infrastructure projects so well is proved of the ability and responsibility of PT NINDYA KARYA (Persero) in meeting the expectations of stakeholders. Currently, PT NINDYA KARYA (Persero) has also experienced in executing EPC projects such as & gas pipelines with large diameter as well as EPC projects for palm oil factory processing.
