The Anti-Bribery Management System

To achieve professional and transparent organizational governance, PT Nindya Karya implements the Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) as part of its internal control efforts to prevent bribery practices and strengthen the application of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) within PT Nindya Karya, in accordance with ISO 37001:2016 standards. Furthermore, to support this objective, the Board of Directors has established the Organizational Structure of the Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) through the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Nindya Karya (Persero) Number: 0050/DIRUT/KPTS/DHC-1/04/2023 dated April 3, 2023.
