61st Anniversary Talkshow, NINDYA Invites Millennials to Face Future Challenges

Jakarta - In order to celebrate the 61st Birthday celebration, NINDYA invites all #InsanNindya especially Millennials to prepare themselves to face future challenges through the Nindya Talkshow which is held virtually. (3/3)

With the theme "The Youth Who Accept Challenge", NINDYA management focuses on millennial development, especially in preparing to face all the possibilities that will occur in the future.

NINDYA Marketing & Development Director Moeharmein Zein Chaniago in his remarks said that millennials are the backbone and the company's hopes for the future. So it is hoped that they must be ready to accept the challenge well for the success of the company.

Present as resource persons at the event were the Head of the Regional Settlement Implementation Unit II of BPPW Central Java Province, Ministry of Public Works & Public Housing (PUPR) Anggoro Putro, Founder of Urban Plus Sofian Sibarani and Project Manager of the 20th Cricket & Hoockey Indoor / Outdor PON Papua Venue Ocky Dwi Saktian who is also one of NINDYA's millennial Project Managers.

In his presentation, Anggoro Putro said that currently the younger generation must be prepared as successors in facing future challenges with extraordinary work patterns so that later they can produce extraordinary results.

Sofian Sibarani who is also the winner of the National Capital Competition (IKN) said that the current generation is the generation of collaboration. Where, every aspect will be interconnected both in terms of the environment and other related aspects. This is a challenge for Millennials in facing the future.

Meanwhile, Ocky Dwi Saktian in his presentation video revealed that every job has its own challenges. As a millennial, each of these challenges must be a motivation to face and resolve properly in order to create excellent work results.
