As a Legal Mitigation Effort, Nindya Karya Signs a Cooperation Agreement with the Lampung High Prosecutor's Office

Nindya Karya signed a cooperation agreement with the Lampung High Prosecutor's Office, as a legal mitigation effort within Nindya Karya (1/8). Located in the Ballroom of the Santika Premiere Hotel Lampung, it aims to increase the effectiveness of resolving legal problems in the civil and state administrative fields.

This cooperation agreement was signed by the Acting Head of the Lampung High Prosecutor's Office, I Gde Ngurah Sriada, S.H., M.H. together with the Senior Vice President of the Building Division of PT Nindya Karya Septian Fakhruddin witnessed by representatives of BUMN Holding Danareksa Andar Perdana and the Assistant for Civil and State Administrative Affairs of the Lampung High Prosecutor's Office Dwi Indrayati, S.H., M.H.

"We hope that with this cooperation agreement, we can help with disputes related to business processes within Nindya Karya in the form of legal opinions or legal assistance," explained the Acting. Head of the Lampung High Prosecutor's Office, I Gde Ngurah Sriada, S.H., M.H. in his speech.

Meanwhile, Senior Vice President of the Building Division of PT Nindya Karya Septian Fakhruddin explained, "This collaboration is an effort to synergize the two institutions to provide the best results in providing services in an effort to resolve legal problems."

This is in line with Nindya Karya's commitment to improving good corporate governance and optimizing legal risk mitigation within Nindya Karya.
