Facing Industry 4.0, Nindya the first Construction Services BUMN to carry out an Indi 4.0 assessment

Nindya, the first Construction Services SOE conducted an Indi 4.0 Assessment by Surveyor Indonesia, in order to maximize technology to support the company's operations entering industry 4.0. (21/10). The virtual assessment was attended by Director of Finance, Human Resources and Risk Management Sri Haryanto, Senior Vice President of the Information Technology and Systems Department Andri Rohim, Head of the Center for Optimizing the Utilization of Industrial Technology and Industrial Services Policy, Standardization and Industrial Services Policy Agency (BSKJI), Ministry of Industry Heru Kustanto, General Manager of Infrastructure Division of PT Surveyor Indonesia Baron Agung Wicaksono, and General Manager of Information Technology Division of PT Surveyor Indonesia Muhammad Chairudin.

This Indi 4.0 assessment refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 21 of 2020 concerning measuring the level of industry readiness in transforming towards industry 4.0. This is also a follow-up to the signing of the MoU between the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of SOEs, that every SOE is required to carry out an independent 4.0 assessment to measure the industry's readiness to transform towards industry 4.0. On this basis and as an embodiment of the mandate conveyed by shareholders, companies must be prepared to face industry 4.0.

The Head of the Center for Optimizing the Utilization of Industrial Technology and Industrial Services Policy, Agency for Standardization and Policy on Industrial Services (BSKJI), Ministry of Industry Heru Kustanto, expressed his appreciation to PT Nindya Karya for moving quickly and being the first group to carry out this assessment. "We hope that this will be a means for PT Nindya Karya to prepare for the implementation of digital transformation to support making Indonesia 4.0," he hoped.

In his remarks, Director of Finance, HR and Risk Management Sri Haryanto said "acceleration towards digitalization has existed at Nindya Karya, there are approximately 20 applications that we have developed in the last 2 years."
