Future Leader Nindya's "To Be PM" starts here

Bogor – The Human Capital Department together with the Nindya Learning Center held a training program "To Be Project Manager" in Cisarua, Bogor. 15 November – 19 November 2023. This training was opened by Mr. Firmansyah as Director of Production and QHSE with the message that becoming a skilled and competent Project Manager is the key to success for many companies.

This training was attended by 46 participants consisting of SEM, OE, and SOM from all divisions at PT Nindya Karya. The training was carried out by combining in-class training and outdoor activities, focusing on the application of the main concepts in PMBOK Edition 6 with material presentation and sharing of experiences from PT Nindya Karya's internal pool experts as well as the application of case studies through role-playing.

This training aims to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of project management and prepare participants to become Project Managers who are ready, competent and in line with the business processes implemented by PT Nindya Karya. Through mastering PMBOK 6th Edition, participants are expected to be able to manage projects more efficiently, optimize resources, and face project challenges with a proactive attitude and solutions. This training has been aligned with the Company's business processes, it is hoped that participants can apply their understanding effectively in managing projects, so that they can bring added value to PT Nindya Karya.
