Improve the Competence of the Young Generation, Nindya Karya Holds a Construction Vocational High School Student Development Program

JAKARTA – Nindya Karya together with the Infaq Management Institute (LMI) held a student development program at SMK 52 Jakarta to increase the participation and skills of students, especially in the construction sector which has so far been dominated by men. This program is Nindya Karya's effort to realize Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) activities.

This program is a form of Nindya Karya's concern in the world of education which is manifested in the form of providing certification assistance for SMK students in the construction sector. The recipients of certification in this program are directly students of SMK 52 Jakarta with a total of 26 recipients and recipients of certification with the highest scores can have the opportunity to do an internship at Nindya Karya.

Also present were VP of Secretariat & Public Relations Sugeng Febry H, Principal of SMK 52 Supriyana, and representatives from the Professional Certification Institute (LSP) Gatesi Karya Konstruksi (GKK).

In his speech, VP of Secretariat & Public Relations Sugeng Febry H, gave a lot of motivation to the 26 selected students of SMK Negeri 52 Jakarta.

"For the selected children and students, hopefully they can get many valuable lessons and can improve their skills and abilities to compete in the construction world. Based on our experience for women, besides technical skills, there must be soft skills that they can master in order to compete in the world of work, especially in the construction sector."
