Increasing the Capacity and Quality of Export Services, Nindya Karya and KBN Hold the Largest Consolidated Warehouse Construction Celebration in Indonesia

Jakarta – Nindya Karya and the Nusantara Bonded Zone (KBN), which are part of the Danareksa BUMN Holding, held a thanksgiving for the construction of an Export Consolidation Warehouse in the Marunda area, North Jakarta, Friday (5/1). This warehouse will later become the largest modern export consolidation warehouse in Indonesia which is expected to increase the capacity and quality of national export services.
The event was attended by Investment Director 1 PT Danareksa Chris Soemijantoro, Director Investment 3 PT Danareksa Adi Pamungkas Daskian, Plt. President Director of PT KBN, Agus Hendardi, President Director of PT Nindya Karya, Moeharmein Zein Chaniago, Director of Finance, HR and Risk Management of PT Nindya Karya, Sri Haryanto, Director of PT Indra Karya, Eko Budiono and invited guests.
President Director of PT Nindya Karya, Moeharmein Zein Chaniago, said that his party was proud to be involved in the construction of the largest Export Consolidation Warehouse in Indonesia.
“We are proud to be involved in this Export Consolidation Warehouse construction project. This is Nindya Karya's 6th project in the Danareksa Holding business ecosystem. "We hope that this modern warehouse can become a legacy for Holding Danareksa as an industrial and logistics area manager that has international standards." Moeharmein said.
This Consolidated Warehouse Construction Project was carried out by Nindya Karya as the implementing contractor together with Indra Karya as the construction manager with a time span of 210 calendar days and a maintenance period of 180 calendar days. Built on an area of 3.2 hectares, the Warehouse Building consists of 1 floor with a total building area of 10,000 square meters which is equipped with various modern facilities and is green building certified.
The scope of work carried out by Nindya Karya includes land preparation work, warehouse construction work covering an area of 10,000 m2, landscaping work and fence work around the building. This Consolidated Warehouse is targeted to start operating in June 2024.
Investment Director 1 Danareksa Chris Soemijantoro also welcomed this collaboration. Danareksa as Transformation Specialist Holding will continue to encourage collaborative cooperation to support business growth between the Danareksa Holding business ecosystem which has various complementary competencies and capabilities.
