Kediri — PT Nindya Karya is accelerating the construction of Public Schools (SR) in Kediri Regency, East Java, to deliver a tangible impact on national education. This project is part of nine Public School development projects undertaken by PT Nindya Karya in East Java and represents a strategic collaboration between the government and State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN). Nationally, Nindya Karya is currently building Public Schools simultaneously in four provinces.

Built on 7.6 hectares of land, the Kediri Regency Public School is designed to accommodate thousands of students. This educational complex is equipped with various supporting facilities, including teacher housing, student dormitories, a cafeteria, school buildings for elementary through high school levels, a mosque, a place of worship, and a multi-purpose building. Additionally, sports facilities such as a basketball court, a soccer field, and a ceremonial field are available.

The presence of this school reflects how cross-sector collaboration can address the community's need for more equitable and quality access to education, particularly in rural areas. This synergy not only provides educational infrastructure, but also opens up broader opportunities for Indonesia's young generation to receive a decent education, a concrete step towards improving the quality of human resources.

To date, the construction progress of the People's School in Kediri Regency has reached 57 percent. During its implementation, the project faces challenges such as limited partner fleets amidst the high demand for materials for the People's School project in various regions.

As a commitment to maintaining project sustainability, Nindya Karya has taken proactive steps by deploying its own fleet and strengthening collaboration with partner fleets to directly pick up materials. This effort is part of a collaborative implementation that extends beyond planning and is also realized through concrete actions on the ground.

"The construction of the People's School in Kediri Regency is part of our commitment to making a real impact on education in Indonesia through strong collaboration between the government and state-owned enterprises. We believe that this synergy will not only accelerate infrastructure development but also open broader and more equitable access to education for the community. We continue to ensure that the construction remains on target and can immediately benefit thousands of students in need," said Bayu Apriyadi, Project Director of PT Nindya Karya.

With a strong spirit of collaboration, Nindya Karya is optimistic that the construction of the People's School in Kediri Regency will be completed on time and immediately benefit the community. More than just a physical project, this project represents collaboration with a real impact in providing equitable access to education for Indonesian children.
