Jakarta - Nindya and 20 other BUMNs launched the AKHLAK Core Values ​​as Corporate Culture on Friday (2/10). The event, which was held virtually, was attended by 2,995 of the 21 BUMN Infrastructure Development Clusters.

The material for planting the AKHLAK value was directly delivered by the Deputy for Human Resources, Technology and Information of the Ministry of BUMN, Dr. Alex Denni and ESQ Group founder, Dr. (H.C) Ary Ginanjar Agustian. On this occasion, Alex Denni revealed several reasons underlying the acceleration of BUMN transformation through AKHLAK. In his presentation, uniformity of core values ​​is carried out to build cultural solidity in an organization, in this case all BUMNs to create cultural values ​​that are sustainable, effective and easily adapted. Furthermore, it is a form of follow-up on aspects of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) in order to overcome future business challenges that are increasingly competitive and finally maximize and prepare its resources and potential so that in the future Indonesia can become a country with strong economic strength. large and can be felt for the community.

The event then continued with the AKHLAK launching and socialization ceremony attended by participants and closed with a presentation by Ary Ginanjar Agustian, as the founder of the ESQ Group with the theme "Maintaining Core Values ​​and Core Purpose" related to the strength of core values ​​in achieving a goal.
