Nindya Director of Marketing and Development Delivers Exposure of Rebound Strategy in New Normal in BCI Asia Project Lead Series # 3

Jakarta - Nindya Director of Marketing and Development, Moeharmein Zein Chaniago delivered a presentation on Rebound Strategy in New Normal at the BCI Asia Project Lead Series # 3 with the theme of the National Strategic Project (PSN) as the Nation's Economic Buffer, which was held through a virtual conference on Thursday (23 / 07). Moeharmein was one of the four speakers presented by the organizer to deliver a presentation on the Strategic Issues of PSN and challenges in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic from the perspective of construction service businesses.
In his presentation, Moeharmein explained that PSN has a strategic role for the national economy because of its contribution in providing a positive impact on national economic recovery amid a slowdown due to Covid-19. Nindya herself has been working on a PSN project whose value reaches Rp5.37 trillion by providing an impact in terms of direct employment, multiplier effect for the community and giving participation to the local private sector.
He continued, Moeharmein shared tips for business players in the construction services industry in terms of adaptation strategies to new habits in the middle of Covid-19 including doing adaptation and implementing health protocols, carrying out digital transformation, market expansion and doing labor-intensive especially on the PSN Project to support absorption resistance labor.
He gave an example of Nindya who issued 4 strategic steps to deal with the situation including the Formulation of a Business Continuity Management (BCM) Team to provide recommendations for business continuity, establish a survival strategy to deal with all possible business situations, accelerate digital transformation as a solution to the limitations that arise and finally the rebound strategy after the Covid-19 pandemic through efforts to restructure the organization, diversify business and optimize workforce competence.
