NINDYA Distributes Aid for Natural Disaster Victims in NTT

JAKARTA - NINDYA distributes aid to the affected people of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). This assistance is expected to support recovery in the eastern region of the Nusa Tenggara Islands (12/4).

The assistance provided was in the form of 200 basic food packages as well as cash totaling 10 million Rupiah which were handed over by the 3500 DWT Kupang LPG Pressurized Pier Construction to residents in Alak Village, Kupang, NTT.

Previously, the Nindya Care Team through the Temef Dam Construction Project had provided assistance in the form of a number of heavy equipment in the form of excavators, dump trucks, tank trucks and a number of basic necessities at the disaster point of Nelelamadike Village, Ileboleng District, East Flores Regency, NTT Province, on Thursday (8/4 )

Temef Dam Project Manager Alfriady Zuliansyah said the assistance was a form of NINDYA's concern for the conditions that occurred around the project.

Flash floods caused by a tropical cyclone that occurred a few days ago. causing rain with moderate to heavy intensity and accompanied by lightning in several periods in the City of Kupang, Kab. Kupang, TTS, TTU, Belu, Malacca, Sabu, Rote Ndao, Nagekeo, Ngada, Ende, Sikka, parts of East Flores, Lembata, Alor, and East Sumba.
