Nindya, Gives Awards to 4 Inspirational Employee Representatives

#InsanNindya, Nindya gave awards and appreciation to 4 inspiring employee representatives. They were 3 representatives of Nindya's best Innovators who participated in the 2020 Millennium Innovation Summit (MIS) held by the Ministry of SOEs and 1 representative of Covid-19 Non-Medical Workers Volunteers at the Wisma Atlet Kemayoran Emergency Hospital.
On the sidelines of the NOBEL (Nindya Oriented Briefing and Eager Learning) event, awards and appreciation were given to the first best Innovator team in the Social Innovation category with the title "Turning Trash into Cash" represented by Coryna Yusi Rachmawati, the second best Innovator Team in the Technology Breaktrough category with the title The "Multificient App" represented by Feraliana Audia Utami and the third best Innovator Team Business Strategy category with the title "Improving the Quality Management System by the Quality Department as Nindya Karya's Quality Branding" represented by Iqbal Albana Akbar. Appreciation and appreciation were also given to Millennial who was a Covid-19 Non Medical Medical Volunteer at Wisma Atlet Kemayoran Emergency Hospital, represented by Wulan.
Moeharmein Director of Marketing & Development Zein Chaniago, in his remarks representing the Directors expressed his appreciation to 3 representatives of Nindya's best innovators, one of whom managed to qualify for the Top 10 Team from 147 SOEs and SOE Subsidiaries who participated in the MIS competition at the Ministry of SOEs. In addition, Moeharmein also expressed his appreciation to one millennial representative who was called as a volunteer who should be an inspiration for other Nindya millennials.
The award is an appreciation given by the company to employees who are able to create new ideas or works which later will not be impossible to be applied in the company or elsewhere.
Furthermore, Moeharmein also invited all of Nindya's people to continue to develop their potential and always try to see the opportunities that exist, especially in the Covid-19 pandemic as it is today.
