Nindya Inaugurates Company Officers from Millennials

Jakarta (11/10) - PT Nindya Karya (Persero) inaugurated four officials from millennials and women. The inaugurated officials consist of one Senior Vice President (SVP/ Head of Department) level and three serving as Work Unit Vice President and Business Unit Manager. The inauguration of NINDYA officials is based on the need for regeneration in the organizational structure considering the existence of officials who have entered retirement age as well as strategic needs in terms of the composition of Human Resources (HR) in facing future business challenges.

The event, which was held in a hybrid manner (online and offline) with strict health protocols, was attended by the NINDYA Directors and all officials one level below the Board of Directors. “This change is something that usually happens in business dynamics. In addition, for a stable company with a good system, this change will not affect ongoing operations," explained Haedar A. Karim in the direction given in front of all activity participants.

Furthermore, the President Director of NINDYA, Haedar A. Karim congratulated him in carrying out the mandate given to appointed officials and advised him to make the best contribution to the progress of the Company in the future.
