Nindya Karya Establishes Partnership with Riau High Prosecutor's Office on Civil and State Administrative Legal Matters

PT Nindya Karya signed a cooperation agreement with the Riau High Prosecutor’s Office (Kejati Riau) on July 23, 2025, concerning the handling of legal issues in the fields of civil and state administrative law. This initiative reflects Nindya Karya’s commitment to implementing good corporate governance (GCG) and enhancing the effectiveness of legal issue management—both current and future.

The signing ceremony took place at the Bertuah III Room, Pangeran Hotel Pekanbaru, and was carried out by the Senior Vice President of the EPC Division of PT Nindya Karya and the Head of the Riau High Prosecutor’s Office, Akmal Abbas, S.H., M.H. Also present at the event were the Assistant for Civil and State Administrative Affairs at Kejati Riau, Furkon Syahlubis, S.H., M.H.; Acting President Director of PT Nindya Karya, Firmansyah; and Commissioner of Danareksa SOE Holding, Andar Perdana Widiastono.

Firmansyah, Acting President Director of PT Nindya Karya, stated that this collaboration is expected to improve the effectiveness in addressing and resolving legal issues in the areas of civil and administrative law faced by the company.

Meanwhile, Akmal Abbas, S.H., M.H., Head of the Riau High Prosecutor’s Office, welcomed the cooperation. He noted that this agreement is a form of Kejati Riau’s support in providing legal assistance for the resolution of civil matters, both in and out of court, as well as legal considerations and opinions related to business activities, including other legal actions.

With this legal support, PT Nindya Karya is expected to carry out its business activities more optimally, ensuring that all actions taken are in compliance with prevailing regulations.
