Balikpapan (30/9) – Nindya Karya, through its Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program, has once again taken a strategic step by holding the Foreman K3 Certification Program. This event took place at the Grand Jatra Hotel, Balikpapan, and was intended for foremen working on the Indonesian Capital City (IKN) project and all Nindya Karya projects in the Kalimantan region.

This program supports the pillar of Sustainable Development Goals (TPB) Number 8, which focuses on Decent Work and Economic Growth. This certification is very important to ensure that foremen, who act as leaders in the field, can provide appropriate direction to workers in an effort to reduce the risk of work accidents.

In his remarks, Nindya Karya's Vice President of TJSL & General Affairs, Muhammad Rusdi, emphasized the importance of this program to improve foremen's skills and knowledge.

"This certification provides many benefits for foremen, so that they better understand the rules and regulations related to work safety. With this knowledge, foremen can minimize work accidents and become more competent in carrying out their duties," said Rusdi.

Through this program, Nindya Karya emphasizes the company's commitment to not only meet work safety standards, but also create a competent workforce. In addition, this program is part of Nindya Karya's ongoing efforts to support safer, more professional, and more sustainable national development, as well as ensuring that the welfare and safety of every worker are top priorities.
