Nindya Karya is a member of the 7th Millennial Collaboration BUMN inaugurating the Millennial Village

Jakarta - Nindya Karya is a member of the Millennial 7 BUMN Collaboration inaugurating a Millennial Village in RW 09, Cawang Village, Kramat Jati District, East Jakarta (28/10).

This program was officially launched at the time of the Youth Pledge Commemoration. The event was attended by Special Staff III of the Minister of BUMN Arya Sinulingga, Assistant Deputy for Social and Environmental Responsibility Agus Suharyono, Mayor of East Jakarta, Head of Kramat Jati Sub-District, Head of Cawang Urban Village, as well as Directors and Officials of the seven BUMN initiators.

Millennial Village is a collaboration between Millennial 7 BUMN, namely Nindya Karya, Asabri, Wijaya Karya, Waskita Karya, Hutama Karya, Brantas Abipraya and Perumnas. This program was born from the cultural values ​​of AKHLAK (Mandate, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative) initiated by the seven BUMNs.

The Millennial Village Program will run until March 31, 2021, focusing on 3 areas of social programs, namely the Environmental Sector, which consists of providing three sort of trash cans, provision of hand washing facilities, murals, ornamental plant seed packages, painting and gate of the Millennial Village. In the economic sector, the BUMN Millennials who participate in this activity will provide Budik Dumber, namely cultivating fish in buckets, there will also be cooking classes and digital marketing activities. In the field of education, it is intended to increase the spirit of learning and provide knowledge and creativity of children and millennial generation around the location, such as English language learning programs, dancing and singing, in this program BUMN Millennials will also distribute several educational facilities to support the learning process especially during a pandemic.

Special Staff of the Minister of BUMN Arya Sinulingga hopes that this program can be continued in several cities in Indonesia. "The Ministry of BUMN will also fully support this activity to encourage the young talents of BUMN to work for Indonesia," said Arya.
