Nindya Karya Receives INDI 4.O Certificate, Ready to Enter Industry 4.0

Nindya Karya won the INDI 4.0 certificate in order to maximize technology to support the company's operations entering industry 4.0 (16/6). After previously conducting an assessment, Nindya received an INDI 4.0 certificate which was submitted directly by PT Surveyor Indonesia in the Garuda Meeting Room, Nindya Building.

The certificate was handed over directly by PT Surveyor Indonesia, represented by the Director of Human Resources, Lussy Ariani Seba, to PT Nindya Karya (Persero) represented by the Director of Production & HSE, Firmansyah.

In his remarks, Director of Production & HSE, Firmansyah said that Nindya had made breakthroughs in implementing digital transformation, such as ERP, innovative products from Nindya People, e-procurement, iNindya Digital Workplace, BIM, corporate dashboards, and others.

"The management team continues to provide support and whatever resources are done to achieve optimal results in the digital transformation process that we have planned. And hopefully we will always maintain and improve performance in achieving the company's business goals," he continued.

Director of Human Resources, Lussy Ariani Seba in his speech, explained that this assessment is a benchmark for the company's readiness to face the digitalization era. Based on the results of the indi 4.0 assessment that has been carried out. Nindya Karya is at level 3, this is a very good initial stage. He also explained that there are two main pillars that make Nindya superior in the INDI 4.0 assessment. The first pillar is management and organization, then the second pillar is people and culture. How is the work culture implemented, openness to change and competency development.

This certification is a manifestation of Nindya Karya's commitment to supporting digital transformation to face the industrial era 4.0. The results of this excellent INDI 4.0 assessment can encourage the Company's performance to be more optimal, effective and efficient.
