Nindya Karya Successfully Holds GMS of Members of Holding BUMN Danareksa for Fiscal Year 2023

JAKARTA ﹣ PT Nindya Karya successfully completed the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) for Ratification of the Audited Financial Report of Members of Holding BUMN Danareksa for Fiscal Year 2023 on Friday, June 28, 2024 at Menara Danareksa, Central Jakarta.

The implementation of the GMS was led by Investment Director 3 of PT Danareksa (Persero) Adi Pamungkas Daskian as a Shareholder and was attended by the President Director of PT Nindya Karya Moeharmein Zein Chaniago, President Commissioner of PT Nindya Karya Rachman Arief Dienaputra and the Board of Directors and Commissioners of PT Nindya Karya.

On that occasion, PT Nindya Karya reported the Realization of Annual Performance in 2023 and received approval and ratification of all GMS agendas by Shareholders.

With the implementation of this annual GMS, PT Nindya Karya shows its commitment to running a business with accountability and responsibility to shareholders.
