Nindya Karya Sukses Holds GMS for Financial Year 2021

The General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) is an organ or part of the Company which in the laws and regulations and the Articles of Association, one of which has the authority to hold the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors accountable in relation to the management of the Company, in the form of the Company's annual report which is audited by an independent public accounting firm. In addition, the GMS also has the authority to amend the Articles of Association, to appoint and dismiss the Board of Directors and/or the Board of Commissioners, to decide on the division of tasks and management authority among the Board of Directors and others.

At the Annual GMS for the 2021 Fiscal Year of PT Nindya Karya, all Shareholders approved and ratified the entire agenda of the GMS, namely the approval of the annual report and ratification of the financial statements as well as the report on the implementation of the supervisory duties of the board of commissioners during the 2021 financial year, approval of the annual report including the financial report of the micro business funding program. and small businesses for the 2021 financial year, the determination of the use of the company's net profit for the 2021 financial year, the determination of the provision of performance bonuses/incentives to the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners for the performance of the 2021 financial year, the determination of a public accounting firm to audit the company's financial statements for the 2022 financial year and the financial statements of program implementation funding for micro and small businesses for the financial year 2022.

With the holding of this Annual GMS, PT Nindya Karya has carried out business activities in an accountable and responsible manner to the shareholders. It is hoped that in the future PT Nindya Karya can continue to carry out the Shareholders' Aspirations in advancing the company and realizing the company's ideals.

Generally, the GMS is held twice a year, namely the GMS to determine company targets or better known as the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Annual Work Plan and Budget (RUPS RKAP) and the Annual GMS with the agenda of discussing the company's management reports on annual performance.

PT Nindya Karya itself has held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) for the 2021 Financial Year on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at the Sari Pan Pacific Hotel, Kencana Room 4th Floor, Central Jakarta. This Annual GMS was attended by the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises represented by Assistant Deputy for Telecommunication and Media Services Yohanes Babtista Priyatmo Hadi, and PT Danareksa (Persero) represented by President Director Arisudono Soerono and the company's Board of Commissioners in this case represented by President Commissioner Sugiyartanto, also The Company's Board of Directors led by President Director Haedar A. Karim.
