Nindya Karya Welcomes Participants in the 2022 BUMN Joint Recruitment

Jakarta - PT Nindya Karya welcomed the participants of the 2022 BUMN Joint Recruitment at the PT Nindya Karya Head Office Hall, Tuesday (26/7).

The event was officially opened by the Director of Finance, HR and Risk Management of PT Nindya Karya Sri Haryanto accompanied by Senior Vice President of Human Capital PT Nindya Karya Alif Usman Amin.

As for the number of participants for the 2022 BUMN Joint Recruitment, 21 participants were accepted after following a series of selections ranging from administrative selection, TKD (Basic Ability Test) and Core Values ​​AKHLAK, TKB (Field Ability Test) and Medical Check Up (MCU).

The series of welcoming events were intended to provide participants with materials about the company, starting from the Vision & Mission, Divisions/Departments of the Company, and so on.

In his remarks, Director of Finance, HR and Risk Management Sri Haryanto congratulated him on graduation and explained how the recruitment process was carried out.

"My friends, I congratulate you, because of the thousands of participants who registered at Nindya, only 21 lucky people were able to join, therefore you must be proud and ready to be placed in the projects that Nindya will work on," he said.

After being welcomed at PT Nindya Karya, participants will be provided with State Defense Training from 28 July - 2 August 2022, which is located at the Indonesian Army Kodiklat Zeni Education Center, Bogor. This training aims to build the soul of the homeland and the formation of AKHLAK values ​​as the Core Values ​​of BUMN before entering the world of work.
