Nindya Karya's Subsidiary, PT Nindya Beton Holds GMS for Financial Year 2021

A subsidiary of PT Nindya Karya, PT Nindya Beton held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) for the 2021 Fiscal Year on Thursday, June 30, 2022 virtually. This Annual GMS was attended by Arista Febri Eriyawan as President Commissioner of PT Nindya Beton, Fajar Rahwinto Suharto as Commissioner of PT Nindya Beton, Okven Ronaldo as President Director of PT Nindya Beton, Budi Harto as Finance Director of PT Nindya Beton, and shareholders represented by the Director Finance, HR and Risk Management PT Nindya Karya Sri Haryanto and Senior Executive Vice President 1 PT Perusahaan Pengelola Asset (Persero) Tree Asih Putra Sianturi.

PT Nindya Beton is a Subsidiary of PT Nindya Karya with share ownership of 510,000,000 (five hundred ten million) shares or equivalent to 51% (fifty one percent) of the shares in the Company, which is engaged in the Industry and Manufacturing of Precast Concrete, Readymix, and other related endeavors.

At the Annual GMS for the 2021 Fiscal Year of PT Nindya Beton, all shareholders approved and ratified the entire agenda of the GMS, namely the approval of the annual report and the ratification of the financial statements as well as the report on the implementation of the supervisory duties of the Board of Commissioners during the 2021 financial year, the use of retained earnings has not been determined for the 2021 financial year , as well as the establishment of a public accounting firm to audit the company's financial statements for the 2022 financial year.

With the holding of this Annual GMS, PT Nindya Beton is expected to increase market penetration in precast-related works or projects, as well as increase the added value and competitiveness of the Company. From a business perspective, Nindya Karya's investment in the Precast Concrete Industry and Manufacturing is expected to support the concrete needs of PT Nindya Karya's projects as well as other construction company projects. Nindya Beton synergizes with PT Nindya Karya as the parent company in obtaining new contracts and increasing Operating Income according to the 2022 Company Work Plan and Budget, so as to improve Nindya Karya's business performance from recurring income of subsidiaries.
