Nindya Learning Center held Knowledge Sharing about Supply Chain Management

Jakarta - In order to improve employee competence as a form of implementation of the AKHLAK Culture, Nindya Learning Center (NLC) held knowledge sharing with the theme Supply Chain Management which was held via video conference. (10/8)

The event, which was attended by all Nindya project officials and implementers, was opened directly by the Marketing and Development Director of Nindya Karya, Moeharmein Zein Chaniago. In his speech, Moeharmein explained how interesting the knowledge sharing session was. He stated that many people have mastered Supply Chain Management (SCM) but how SCM can be adjusted to Nindya's business is an interesting thing to watch. This can also be seen from the enthusiasm and number of participants who took part in these activities.

Head of the Procurement Department Nindya, Okven Ronaldo as a resource person conveyed SCM material related to understanding the definition of SCM, the importance of SCM in business activities carried out, especially in relation to Construction Supply Chain Management (cSCM) which discussed the specifics of SCM in the construction service business, the advantages of SCM and what which must be fulfilled by the Company in running the SCM.

At the end of the knowledge sharing activity, Moeharmein concluded that SCM is a collaborative discipline between important fields in a project as well as a good engagement process so that no matter how sophisticated the SCM is without these two things it will not bring good results.
