NINDYA Makes Internal Audit a Momentum for Company Improvement

Jakarta - NINDYA continues to strive to improve the company's management by making the Company's Internal Audit its momentum. This opinion was conveyed directly by the Director of Marketing & Development Moharmein Zein Chaniago at the opening of Phase II of the Company's Internal Audit Kick Off Meeting through Virtual Conference, Thursday (27/8).
Moharmein said that, We must make this moment a collaborative tool in seeing our shortcomings, so that constructive improvements can be carried out immediately.
Head of the Internal Audit Unit Department Rusliadi explained that the Audit, which will take place from August 24 to October 9 2020, will target all lines of the company. Starting from the Department, Region to the Project.
In the process, Internal Audit Phase II will be oriented to Operational Management, Financial Management, Risk Management & Integrated Management Systems which refers to ISO 9001: 2015 regarding Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001: 2015 concerning Environmental Management Systems, ISO 45001: 2018 concerning Management Systems K3, ISO 37001: 2016 concerning Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) and SMK3 PP 50/2012.
Meanwhile, the Head of the QHSE Department, Haryanto, who is also the Head of the Internal Audit Team, said that this audit aims to improve the performance of NINDYA's competitiveness against other companies. So, all lines are expected to be open and not feel intimidated by this audit.
