UPP was founded in 2017 which started a business based on the services of civil works construction companies, Hotmix and cut & fill, drainage, dredging and heavy equipment rental. UPP is responsible for the management of fixed assets which completes the recording, approval, use, control, and maintenance of fixed assets in this case the equipment.
