Jakarta - Nindya held a socialization of the core values ​​of the Company (Core Values) AKHLAK which became the Core Values ​​of all State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) as well as launched a new tagline "Toward The Excellent" to all employees via video conference on Monday (22/9 ).

The activity that was attended by all management and employees was a follow-up to the Circular of the Minister of BUMN Number 7 / MBU / 07/2020 concerning the Core Values ​​of Human Resources of State-Owned Enterprises. In the circular, Core Values ​​AKHLAK which is an acronym for Mandate, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive and Collaborative is the identity and the glue of BUMN work culture which is the basis for shaping the character of human resources in the BUMN environment and its implementation must be carried out by all BUMN and consolidated affiliated companies. other.

In addition to socializing AKHLAK, on ​​this occasion Nindya also launched a new tagline, "Toward The Excellent" replacing the previous tagline "Never Give Up To Be Excellent". The change in tagline was made considering that Nindya was preparing to enter a new phase of company growth towards achieving Excellent performance.

President Director Nindya, Haedar A. Karim in his speech conveyed that with the implementation of Core Values ​​AKHLAK Nindya is expected to be more up and ahead, especially in competing to give his best performance. On the same occasion, he also stated that the change in the tagline was made to adjust Nindya's growth and growth direction to a better phase so that the previous tagline was no longer relevant to the current conditions.

On the same occasion, the Board of Commissioners of Nindya, represented by Rika Kiswardani, advised Nindya to always implement AKHLAK in a measured manner and document its implementation properly so that the internalization of AKHLAK for all Nindya Individuals goes as expected.
