NINDYA Ready to Improve IT System Governance through IT Maturity Level Assessment

JAKARTA - NINDYA continues to step on the gas in the face of 2021, this time NINDYA is holding a Kick Off Metting IT Maturity Level Assessment through virtual media Video Conference (20/1).
Implementation of IT Maturity Level Assessment NINDYA is a measure of the maturity level of IT Governance implementation based on the Letter of the Minister of BUMN No. S-949 / MBU / 10/20 regarding the Aspirations of Shareholders / Owners of Capital for the Preparation of Work Plans and Company Budgets for 2021 dated 23 October 2020 related to BUMN obligations to carry out IT Maturity Level assessments by Independent Parties at least once every 2 years starting from 2021.
Director of Finance & HR NINDYA Sri Haryanto in his remarks said, this year NINDYA formed a new Directorate, namely the System Department, which is the company's seriousness in handling IT governance going forward.
Furthermore, Sri Haryanto also revealed, in an era like this, we are required to always develop with new innovations that can facilitate employee performance so as to get good results for the company.
Information Technology (IT) Governance is important in a company in order to provide added value to the business and aspects of the company's needs. In addition, the improvement of IT System Governance is also related to the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in the company.
