Nindya Signs MoU on Investment Cooperation Plan and Construction of Student Dormitory Building for Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia

JAKARTA – PT Nindya Karya (Persero) together with PT UPI Edun Indonesia signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) regarding the investment cooperation plan and construction of the Indonesian Education University student dormitory located in Setiabudi, Bandung on Tuesday, April 26, 2022.

Located in Garuda Room, 8th Floor, Nindya Karya Building, the signing of the MoU was carried out by the Marketing and Development Director of PT Nindya Karya (Persero), Moeharmein Zein Chaniago with Mr. Bambang Wicaksono as Director of PT UPI Edun Indonesia and witnessed directly by the Senior Vice President of the Strategic Planning Department Investment and Operations Rusliadi, Vice President of Investment Planning and Funding Rahadian Rahman Purnama, Finance & Accounting Manager of PT UPI Edun Indonesia Mrs. Irma Yulniawati, Strategic Partner of PT UPI Edun Indonesia Benny and his staff.

The signing of this MoU aims to serve as an initial foundation for Nindya Karya and PT UPI Edun Indonesia in order to provide dormitory infrastructure with all its supporting facilities, where dormitories are a basic need for the successful development and coaching of the younger generation in studying at universities in Indonesia, especially the city of Bandung. It is hoped that in the future this project can be realized quickly in accordance with the best quality standards.

The purpose of Nindya Karya's investment plan in the construction project of a student dormitory building at the University of Indonesia Education, apart from the potential in terms of company business development, is also in line with the law's objective to increase intelligence and develop student character towards superior Indonesia.

From the investment side, Nindya developed an investment plan in order to improve the company's performance and value. With the cooperation in the dormitory project, it is hoped that it will optimize recurring income for the Company, increase the company's business portfolio to support the company's growth, and increase the confidence of investors and financial institutions to invest in Nindya Karya.
