Nindya Signs the Contract for the Revitalization Project of the Grand Inna Bali Beach Hotel in the Sanur Area with HIN

Jakarta - PT Nindya Karya (Persero) signed the contract for the Grand Inna Bali Beach Hotel Revitalization Project in the Sanur, Bali area owned by PT Hotel Indonesia Natour (HIN), a state-owned company engaged in hospitality services on Monday (13/06). The signing of this contract marks the start of the revitalization of the hotel, which has been operating since 1965.

Present to sign the contract for the Director of Production and HSE Nindya, Firmansyah and the Director of Asset Development of HIN, Dwianto Eko Winaryo accompanied by the Director of Marketing and Development of Nindya, Moeharemin Zein Chaniago, Director of Finance and Human Resources of Nindya, Sri Haryanto, along with the ranks of both Nindya and HIN.

In this project, Nindya's scope of work consists of revitalizing the Grand Inna Bali Bech Hotel building, the Inna Bali Beach garden area and the Back of House (B.O.H) section with a new design that seeks to restore the essence and original character of the building that used to carry the Art Deco style and Googie and the combination of the Tropical Luxury concept and the vision of American Futurism initiated by the First President of Indonesia, Ir. Sukarno. In addition to age reasons, this project also aims to support the availability of supporting facilities in the Sanur area which will be projected as a Health Special Economic Zone (SEZ).
