NINDYA's 2020 GCG Assessment Score Increases, Komut NINDYA: "Alhamdulillah, this is goodness at the beginning of Ramadan"

JAKARTA - NINDYA has successfully obtained a score of the Assessment of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Implementation in 2020 with a score of 89,793 as the predicate for the assessment of "VERY GOOD". This score increased from the acquisition of the GCG Assessment score in 2019, which was 89,696. The assessment was announced at the 2020 NINDYA GCG Exit Meeting online through virtual media meetings. (15/4)

The assessment was carried out by the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) starting from January 28, 2021 to April 15, 2021.

President Commissioner of NINDYA Sugiyartanto expressed his gratitude for the increased scoring of the Assessment of the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) NINDYA in 2020.

"Alhamdulillah, in this good month of Ramadan, we also get good results in the 2020 GCG assessment," said Sugiyartanto.
Meanwhile, Director of Finance & HR NINDYA Sri Haryanto emphasized that NINDYA will continue to strive to improve performance in accordance with the principles of implementing good corporate governance.

Also present at the event were representatives of Asdep's shareholders for the Transportation Facilities and Infrastructure Division of the Ministry of BUMN YB. Priyatmo Hadi accompanied by Tumik Kristianingsih as Coordinator, Head of BPKP DKI Jakarta Representative Samono President Commissioner NINDYA Sugiyartanto, Commissioner NINDYA Andar Perdana Widiastono, Commissioner NINDYA Rika Kiswardani, Director of Finance & HR NINDYA Sri Haryanto and Director of Marketing & Development Moeharmein Zein Chaniago.
