South Jakarta - In a series of 61st PT Nindya Karya (Persero) Birthday events, Nindya Peduli held an orphan circumcision which was held at dr. Mahdian Tebet, South Jakarta (1/3).

The event was carried out thanks to the collaboration of PT Nindya Karya (Persero) and BKDI Baitus Syuhada Nindya Karya Mosque, followed by 35 orphans from Rumah Sunat and 5 children from children of Nindya Karya employees. Apart from circumcision, the participants also received compensation and souvenirs in the form of bags, caps, sarongs and eating and drinking utensils.

The parents of one of the circumcision participants stated that the family was very happy and thanked Nindya Karya for this event. He also said that the moment was 'just right' because previously there was his own desire to be circumcised.

In his remarks, the Chairman of the Committee for the 61st Anniversary of Nindya Karya, Arum Sari, hoped that in the future PT Nindya Karya would continue to be able to make a positive contribution to the surrounding residents. Not only that, Arum also encouraged the younger siblings who participated in circumcision.

The activity, which is held following this health protocol, is a form of the Company's social concern for the surrounding community and the environment so that it can ease the burden on underprivileged families and orphans in particular, so as to encourage a healthy and clean life.
