Program Competition for the Top 5 Millennial Captain Candidates in the Nindya Millennials to Action (CONNECT) Collaboration

JAKARTA (10/11). – Nindya held a succession of Millennial Captains for the period of 2022-2024, in an event titled Collaboration Nindya Millennials to Action (CONNECT). In the event, the top five selected captain candidates also explained the vision and mission as well as their respective work programs.

The top five millennial captain candidates have been screened from a total of 16 contestants from business units and work units through a voting system by all Nindya employees. In addition, participants have previously passed the file selection stage. The top five millennial captain candidates are Imam Yahya Pramono, a representative from the Estimating Department, Astria Septiarini a representative from the Human Capital Department, Hairul Anam a representative from the Infrastructure Division II, Rizki Aidzin Fitri a representative from the Supply Chain Management Department and Imam Rulyadi a representative from the Accounting and Finance Department. Meanwhile, acting as the jury were Senior Vice President of Human Capital Nindya Alif Usman Amin, Vice President of the Department of Accounting and Taxation Imut Malati, Vice President of the Department of Finance Arista Febri Eriyawan, Vice President of the Department of Supply Chain Management Septian Fakhruddin and Corporate Secretary Taufik Hidayat.

Senior Vice President of Human Capital Nindya Alif Usman Amin in his speech said that this event is an event that is not only looking for a millennial captain. But also as a young leader who can collaborate with all lines at his disposal, both management, senior employees and fellow millennials.

Later, the 5 candidates for Millennial Captains will be re-elected to become the top 3 where out of the 3 contestants will again give presentations to the Nindya Board of Directors.
