PT Nindya Karya and NTB High Prosecutor's Office Agree on Cooperation in Civil and State Administrative Law

Lombok, (27/5) — PT Nindya Karya signed a cooperation agreement with the West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor's Office as an agreement in handling legal issues in the civil and state administrative fields. The event, which took place in the meeting room of the West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor's Office building, was signed by Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Division 2 of PT Nindya Karya Fatchurrohman and Head of the NTB High Prosecutor's Office Enen Saribanon, S.H., M.H.

Also present at the event were Vice President of Production 1 of Infrastructure Division 2 of PT Nindya Karya, Syafrullah Mahatmantong and Vice President of Legal Non-Litigation of PT Nindya Karya, M. Ibrahim.

Through this cooperation, PT Nindya Karya can obtain legal assistance from the NTB High Prosecutor's Office, especially in providing legal considerations, legal assistance, or other legal actions in resolving problems in the civil and state administrative fields.

Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Division 2 of PT Nindya Karya Fatchurrohman in his speech expressed his appreciation for the cooperation which is considered very important to maintain the integrity and smoothness of the company's strategic projects. Meanwhile, the Head of the NTB High Prosecutor's Office Enen Saribanon, S.H., M.H. welcomed this synergy and stated that his party is ready to provide support and legal services according to the authority they have. He hopes that by providing supervision, the development of strategic projects can run well so that it can be useful for the welfare of the community.
