PT Nindya Karya (Persero) and PT Takke Gunung Kijang Indonesia Sign Non Disclosure Agreement and MoU

Jakarta – PT Nindya Karya (Persero) together with PT Takke Gunung Kijang Indonesia signed a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in developing a small island coastal area in the Bintan Island Maritime Industrial Estate, Riau Islands located on the 8th floor of the Head Office PT Nindya Karya (Persero), Tuesday (24/05).

The signing was carried out by the Marketing and Development Director of PT Nindya Karya (Persero) Moeharmein ZC and the President Director of PT Takke Gunung Kijang Indonesia, Laurence M. Takke. Attended by Commissioner of PT Nindya Karya (Persero) Andar Perdana Widiastono, Director of Production and HSE of PT Nindya Karya (Persero) Firmansyah and President Director of PT Indah Karya (Persero) Muhammad Sapri Pamulu.

In his remarks, Moeharmein ZC expressed his gratitude for the trust given to PT Nindya Karya (Persero) in developing physical infrastructure engineering projects on the coastlines of small islands.

"The presence of cooperation with PT Takke Gunung Kijang Indonesia is expected to be able to overcome problems, especially regarding the coastline development project in the East Bintan Maritime Industrial Area"

Meanwhile, President Director of PT Takke Gunung Kijang Indonesia, Laurence M. Takke in his presentation, expressed hope for PT Nindya Karya (Persero) to develop social and environmental problems in coastal communities on the island of Bintan.

"God willing, my collaboration with PT Nindya Karya (Persero) will answer questions and track incomings on the island of Bintan which is a sustainable inclusive development model for coastal communities, because I have not seen the involvement of coastal communities in the south in larger activities."
