JAKARTA - PT Nindya Karya (Persero) a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which is engaged in Construction Services, Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) & Investment together with Perum Jasa Tirta II, PT Danareksa (Persero) and PT Vena Energy Indonesia signed a memorandum of understanding (Memorandum of Understanding / MoU) Development of Solar and Wind Power Plants in the work area of ​​Perum Jasa Tirta II on Thursday, July 22, 2021 online.

The signing of the memorandum of understanding was carried out by each party including the Marketing and Development Director of PT Nindya Karya (Persero), Moeharmein Zein Chaniago, Business Development Director of Perum Jasa Tirta II (PJT II), Indriani Widiastuti, Investment Director of PT Danareksa (Persero), Christophorus Dedy Setiawan Soemijantoro and the President Director of PT Vena Energy Indonesia, Bilma Rachmadi Ganie were witnessed by the President Director of each company.

The signing of this memorandum of understanding is intended as an initial basis for Nindya and all parties in it in the context of developing the Solar and Bayu Power Plant Project (PLTS and/or PLTB) which includes aspects of knowledge transfer, technical and commercial estimates as well as investment and funding.

This PLTS and/or PLTB project is planned to produce a total capacity of up to 200 MW which will be located in several places included in the management area of ​​Perum Jasa Tirta II.

Nindya and all parties in it hope that the entire scope of the PLTS and/or PLTB project development plan which is the purpose of signing this memorandum of understanding can run well so that the implementation of the project can be realized.

This commitment is certainly in line with the spirit of Nindya's Total Football business, which is the implementation of one of Nindya's missions in developing the construction and investment industry with global standards, high competitiveness by prioritizing customer satisfaction, occupational health and safety, and sustainable environmental sustainability.
