Supporting Women with Disabilities, Nindya Karya Holds MSME Development Training

Nindya Karya held MSME development training for women with disabilities in the Yogyakarta area and surrounding areas (29/11). This training was carried out together with Alunjiva Indonesia with the theme "Innovation and Inclusion Supporting MSMEs for Women with Disabilities". Taking place at the Indonesian Regional Representative Council (DPD) Building in Yogyakarta, this activity will last for three days, 29 November – 1 December 2023.
A total of 25 women with various disabilities and who have run various types of businesses took part in this training. The training received by participants includes MSME development such as the importance of mental health, business models, financial literacy, legality in business, branding and marketing, digital strategy, maximizing social media, as well as product photos, design and business social media content. . This training is carried out continuously, not only for three days of training, but the participants still receive assistance for the next three months.
Present at this activity were the Vice President for Environmental Social Responsibility (TJSL) and General Affairs of PT Nindya Karya Muhammad Rusdi, Representative of the Yogyakarta Special Region Cooperative and SME Service Hana Faiz Prabowo and Founder of Alunjiva Indonesia Nicky Claraentia.
In his remarks, Vice President for Environmental Social Responsibility (TJSL) and General Affairs of PT Nindya Karya Muhammad Rusdi hoped that the training event for female MSMEs with disabilities and post-training assistance could have a real impact on society.
Meanwhile, Alunjiva Indonesia Founder Nicky Claraentia said, "Through this program we hope that the beneficiaries can get opportunities for equal access to information as capital in developing their abilities as people with disabilities and can develop their businesses to prepare themselves to become part of the ecosystem. towards an inclusive economic society in Indonesia that is empowered and competitive."
