During the 365 days of the leadership of the Minister of BUMN Erick Thohir, NINDYA has made several efforts in order to develop talents to strengthen the capacity and capabilities of its employees through several systems including, forming the Nindya Leraning Center (NLC) as a means of competency development for NINDYA employees, presenting Nindya Excellent Talent Management ( NEXT) in order to improve the effectiveness of monitoring, management, planning and assessment of human resources to support the Company in achieving its business goals and presenting Nindya Oriented Briefing and Eager Learning (NOBEL) as a forum for sharing knowledge among employees from professionals.
