The Flat Project in IKN Worked on by Nindya Karya Achieves 3 MURI Records

IBU KOTA NUSANTARA (28/9) - The Integrated Construction Project for Design and Build of Polri and BIN Flats worked on by KSO Adhi-Nindya-Wiratman has successfully achieved a brilliant achievement by achieving three MURI Records. This achievement was achieved through fast and efficient work on several important construction aspects in the IKN Capital (IKN) project for 47 ASN and Defense Housing Towers.

The first MURI record was given for the fastest Topping Off category on Polri Tower 1, an achievement that stands out among the 47 residential towers in IKN. The work was successfully completed ahead of schedule, demonstrating efficient team performance and solid coordination.

The second category, namely the fastest elevator installation, was also achieved by Polri Tower 1. The installation, which was carried out in a short time, demonstrated the high technical capabilities of the construction team, while meeting strict safety standards.

Meanwhile, the third record for the fastest gas installation was given to Tower BIN 1, part of the ASN and Hankam housing project. This achievement strengthens Nindya Karya's commitment as a company that is able to provide services with the best results during the work period.

The MURI award ceremony was attended by the Director General of Housing of the Ministry of PUPR, Iwan Suprijanto, and representatives from KSO Adhi-Nindya-Wiratman. This award is not only proof of Nindya Karya's achievements, but also marks a commitment to accelerating national infrastructure development in the IKN.

The Director General of Housing of the Ministry of PUPR, Iwan Suprijanto said that the Ministry of PUPR together with construction service providers continues to strive to innovate in the development of the IKN by producing higher quality infrastructure, better with sophistication, and different technological speeds.
