Jakarta - The success of the U-20 World Cup, Nindya is trusted by the Ministry of PUPR to renovate several stadiums in Indonesia as a venue for activities. This commitment is manifested in the form of the signing of the MoU and the Kick Off for the Main Stadium Renovation and Football Practice

Nindya together with the Ministry of PUPR, the Ministry of Youth and Sports (Kemenpora) and Housing Development (PP) have signed the MoU as well as marking the implementation of renovation of facilities including stadiums and fields for the holding of the U-20 World Cup.

The signing process which was broadcast virtually on Friday was attended by Menpora Zainudin Amali, PUPR Minister Basuki Hadimuljono, PSSI General Chair Mochamad Iriawan and Region II General Manager Nindya Karya Arif Putranto.

Nindya was entrusted by the Ministry of PUPR and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia to work on packages 2 and 3. Which consisted of renovating the main venue and training fields in West Java, East Java and South Sumatra in package 2, and in Package 3 renovating the main venue and training field in Surakarta City. . The entire physical work package will be carried out from the end of October 2020 to the end of April 2021.

PUPR Minister Basuki Hadimuljono said the renovation of sports facilities and infrastructure, especially football, was part of the effort to raise the spirit of the Garuda National Team squad to excel at the international level. "God willing, with good infrastructure and a high spirit of training, the Garuda Squad will deliver the results we expect," said Minister Basuki in his remarks.
