Through NOBEL, Nindya Emphasizes the Importance of Leadership in Crisis Era

Presenting Ahmad Bambang, a Leadership & Marketing motivator as a Speaker who has a wealth of experience, one of whom was once appointed as Deputy of the Ministry of SOEs (2017 - 2019). The author of the book Think Like There Is No Box, on this occasion NOBEL said to win the challenge, especially in the crisis era, the essence must be harmony of the following four things: First Physicality, which is the physical must be maintained well from healthy food and regular exercise, as well adequate rest so that with a strong physique will encourage a brilliant mind. Second is Intellectuality, namely by increasing Learning and Sharing utilizing existing technology. Third Emotionality, namely by doing a strategy of surviving / surviving from the most difficult situations, supported by good preparation to face the worst impacts so that we are ready for the challenges ahead. Fourth Spirituality, that is spiritually we must focus internally and externally so that optimism is maintained to achieve the Vision.

Moeharmein Director of Marketing & Development Zein Chaniago, in his speech said that Nindya had done a lot of sharing activities as a transformation step and an effort to improve the competence of its employees, especially for future Nindya Leader candidates. NOBEL this time, raised the theme of Leadership in Crisis, which stressed that Leadership really determines the success of the Company in facing existing challenges, Moeharmein continued.
