To Improve Good Governance Best Practice, Nindya Conducts Entry Meeting GCG Assessment

Jakarta - In order to improve the best practices of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) within PT Nindya Karya (Persero), the Company held a GCG Entry Meeting Assessment which was held on Thursday (28/1) via video conference.
Also attending the event were all levels of the Board of Commissioners and Directors of the Company, Representatives of Shareholders and Head of Representative Office for Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) for DKI Jakarta Province, Samono and the Assessor Team.
In his remarks, the President Director of Nindya, Haedar A. Karim welcomed the implementation of the 2020 GCG Assessment of PT Nindya Karya (Persero) in order to improve the quality of GCG practices in the Company. Furthermore, he hopes that the GCG Assessment can have a good impact on the Company through recommendations for improvement as well as obtaining a good score.
On the same occasion, the Head of BPKP DKI Jakarta Representative, Samono, explained that the assessment is expected to improve the infrastructure for implementing GCG at PT Nindya Karya (Persero) and lead to increased business practices that are able to meet existing and ethical GCG principles.
