To Improve Risk Mitigation, Nindya Karya holds Knowledge Sharing related to Key Risk Indicators

To Improve Corporate Risk Mitigation, the Strategic Planning and Risk Management Department held an online socialization event related to "Key Risk Indicators". This time sharing knowledge was delivered by Risk Control Coordinator Marji Setiawan, with the aim of understanding Key Risk Indicators so that they can be optimally mitigated in their work. This is important to understand better risk control goals (Wednesday, 17/3)

On this occasion, Marji explained in detail the definition of risk based on SNI ISO 31000, examples of application to daily implementation, so that participants understand if there is a potential for not achieving the target and how to overcome it. With this Knowledge Sharing, it is hoped that each person in charge of risk control in each Business Unit / Work Unit can be more responsive to possible risks that will occur.

In closing, the Vice President for Risk Management, Irwan, concluded that what needs to be considered from Risk is the stages of the process. Starting from the achievement of the objectives of each Business Unit / Work Unit, to the development plan, it can be measured from the Key Risk Indicator, so that it can be seen what indicators can be used as a measuring tool in assessing how much the risk causes influence. Key risk indicators can be a stage in helping achieve goals.

Nindya Karya consistently pays attention to Occupational Safety and Health in all Business Units, and always maintains environmental sustainability both in the office and project environment.
