Acting President Director of Nindya Karya Leads QHSE Q3 Evaluation, Driving Performance Towards Zero Accident and Zero Defect

Jakarta – Firmansyah, Director of Operations 1 and concurrently Acting President Director of PT Nindya Karya, directly led the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) evaluation agenda for ongoing projects in the third quarter of 2025. Carrying the theme “Driving Performance to Zero Accident and Zero Defect”, this activity served as an important momentum to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards, occupational safety, and environmental care across all project lines.
During the evaluation, held on September 24–25, 2025, the President Director of Nindya Karya emphasized the importance of discipline, compliance with procedures, and cross-team collaboration in achieving the “zero accident” and “zero defect” targets. He stressed that this achievement is not only an indicator of the company’s success, but also a form of responsibility towards employees, partners, and the wider community.
“Commitment to QHSE must become part of our daily work culture. Every step in a project must aim for flawless quality, accident-free safety, and environmental sustainability,” he asserted.
In addition to performance evaluation, the event also featured several sharing sessions with both internal and external speakers. These interactive discussions explored best practices, field challenges, and innovative strategies in implementing the QHSE system. Through this forum, participants are expected to strengthen their understanding and foster a consistent culture of safety and quality.
