BANJARBARU – PT Nindya Karya signed a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) with the South Kalimantan High Prosecutor's Office on Thursday (April 30, 2026) regarding the handling of Civil and State Administrative legal matters. The signing, which took place in Banjarbaru, is a strategic step in strengthening corporate governance while minimizing legal risks in project implementation.

This collaboration includes legal assistance, legal considerations, and other legal actions in the Civil and State Administrative areas. Through this collaboration, Nindya Karya hopes that every business process will be conducted in accordance with applicable law and will increase public trust in the company's performance.

Bambang Asmoro, Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Division 2 of PT Nindya Karya, stated in his remarks that this collaboration demonstrates the company's commitment to upholding the principles of prudence and legal compliance. The company recognizes that in carrying out various strategic projects, the potential for legal action is unavoidable. Therefore, synergy with the South Kalimantan High Prosecutor's Office is a crucial step to ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with regulations and are legally protected.

Meanwhile, the Head of the South Kalimantan High Prosecutor's Office, Tiyas Widiarto, S.H., M.H., in his remarks, emphasized his institution's readiness to support state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in facing legal challenges. He emphasized that the prosecutor's office's role is not only in law enforcement, but also as a strategic partner in legal prevention efforts, creating legal certainty, and promoting good, transparent, and accountable corporate governance.
