Encouraging Young Talent to Enter the Construction World, Nindya Karya Holds Campus Hiring at PNJ

DEPOK - PT Nindya Karya held a campus hiring event with the Jakarta State Polytechnic (PNJ) on Thursday (12/18). The event, held in the 3rd Floor Library Auditorium of PNJ, was attended by approximately 300 students and alumni from various study programs. This event is part of Nindya Karya's commitment to attracting outstanding young talent in the engineering and construction fields.

The event was attended by the Director of the Jakarta State Polytechnic, Dr. Syamsurizal S.E., M.M., the Director of Finance & Risk Management of PT Nindya Karya, Sri Haryanto, and the Director of Operations 1 of PT Nindya Karya, Fatchurrohman. In the opening session, the Director of Finance & Risk Management, Sri Haryanto, presented the company profile, covering its history, business lines, and Nindya Karya's strategic role in national development.

Meanwhile, Fatchurrohman, Director of Operations 1 of PT Nindya Karya, delivered a public lecture on the construction industry, highlighting challenges, innovation, and human resource needs in the era of sustainable development. The students' enthusiasm was evident during the interactive question-and-answer session, which posed critical questions about careers, construction projects, and job competency readiness.
