Establishing Collaboration in Legal Assistance, Nindya Karya Signs PKS Together with the Riau High Prosecutor's Office

RIAU (6/7/2023) - In an effort to increase the effectiveness of legal assistance, Nindya Karya together with the Riau High Prosecutor's Office signed a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) regarding handling legal issues in the Civil and State Administration sectors.

Located at the Grand Central Hotel Pekanbaru, the signing of the PKS was carried out by the General Manager of the EPC Division, Arif Iswadi, with the Head of the Riau High Prosecutor's Office, DR. Supardi, S.H., M.H. Also present to witness the event, Commissioner Nindya Karya Andar Perdana Widiastono accompanied by Director of Marketing & Development Moeharmein Z. C.

In the process of signing this Cooperation Agreement, the parties have agreed to establish intensive cooperation in Civil Law Assistance and TUN to support the smooth operation of Nindya Karya.

In his remarks, Director of Marketing & Development Nindya Karya Moehermein Z.C. expressed his hope that holding this activity could increase the effectiveness of handling and resolving legal problems in the civil and state administration sector.

Continuing these hopes through this momentum, Kajati Riau said that the State Attorney (JPN) as the Power of Attorney will provide support to the Power of Attorney by focusing on strengthening corporate governance through an approach to strengthening corporate governance in order to realize Good Corporate Governance and increase the company's credibility.
