Give Public Lecture at Hasanuddin University, Nindya Karya President Director Invites Students to be Critical in Facing the Future

MAKASSAR, (11/25) – The Faculty of Engineering, Hasanuddin University (Unhas) received a special visit from the President Director of PT Nindya Karya, Moeharmein Zein Chaniago, who gave a public lecture. This event was attended by hundreds of students and lecturers, as well as several alumni of the Unhas Faculty of Engineering.

In his presentation, Moeharmein explained how Nindya Karya continues to adapt amidst various industry challenges. He emphasized the importance of innovation, digitalization, and collaboration in facing dynamic global changes, such as post-pandemic economic pressures, international competition, and the transition to sustainable development.

"We believe that transformation is not only about technology, but also building an adaptive and solution-oriented work culture. Nindya Karya has proven itself capable of surviving and developing amidst all challenges while still upholding the principles of professionalism and integrity," he said.

Not only providing insight into the world of work and strategic management, Moeharmein also conveyed motivation to the students. He encouraged the younger generation to continue learning, dare to dream big, and take an active role in national development.

"Never be afraid to fail, because failure is part of the process towards success. You, Unhas students, have great potential to become the main actors in the nation's transformation," he said enthusiastically.

The public lecture was closed with an interactive question and answer session, where students had the opportunity to dig deeper into Moeharmein's experiences and thoughts on leadership and business strategy.
