The inauguration was marked by ribbon cutting and a visit to the worm house location which will become the waste processing center, making it easier for the community to collect organic waste.

For information, the vermicomposting method itself is the processing of organic waste with the help of earthworms. This process can reduce the volume of waste and produce organic fertilizer that can be used as a source of plant nutrition.

Present at this event were LMI Empowerment Director Guritno, TJSL Staff of PT Nindya Karya Reski, Kedungpoh Village Head Dwiyono, Nglipar Sub-district Head Sustiwi and members of the Menur Waste Bank group who are the beneficiaries of this waste processing facility.

In his speech, the Head of Kedungpoh Village, Dwiyono, representing the local community, expressed his gratitude for this assistance because with this assistance, it can support the economy in Kedungpoh Village and its surroundings. And it is hoped that the community can utilize this waste management to manage environmentally friendly household waste.

Through the processing of organic waste, it is real evidence in creating solutions in reducing waste, increasing environmental awareness, and opening up new economic opportunities for the people of Kedungpoh Village.
