Nindya Karya Launches "To Be Office Engineer" Program, Strengthening Competence of Highly Competitive Construction Human Resources

Jakarta (April 25) - PT Nindya Karya officially launched the "To Be Office Engineer" training program, held in the Nindya Building Hall. The program took place from April 22–25, 2026, and was attended by 45 participants from various work units within the company.

This program is one of Nindya Karya's strategic steps to strengthen the competence of its human resources, particularly in the Office Engineer function, which plays a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation of construction projects. Through this training, participants were equipped with an understanding of project document management, technical report preparation, cross-team coordination, and quality and time control.

In his remarks, PT Nindya Karya's President Director, Firmansyah, emphasized that strengthening human resource capacity is key to maintaining the company's sustainability and competitiveness amidst the increasingly dynamic construction industry.
