Nindya Karya Ready to Color the Manufacturing Business Through Its Subsidiary Nindya Beton

PT Nindya Karya (Persero) has a subsidiary which is engaged in the Precast, Readymix and Construction Concrete business named PT Nindya Beton (Nindya Beton). Nindya Beton was established in 2013 with its address at Nindya Building, Lt. 3 Jl. Lt. Gen. Haryono MT, Kav. 22, Jakarta.
Currently, PT Nindya Beton has 6 (six) concrete plant points (batching plant) spread across several regions in Indonesia, including the Indramayu Plant, Salatiga Plant, Kupang Plant, Kendari Plant, Badung Plant and Palembang Plant.
Some of the products that are the advantages of Nindya Concrete include Square Pile, Flat Sheet Pile, Corrugated Sheet Pile, PCI Girder, U-Ditch, Box Culvert, PC Tetrapod, Fence Panel, and Lining.
Currently the company sees many opportunities in the infrastructure, property and building sectors, especially with the development plan for the State Capital (IKN) which will provide feeding business to Nindya Karya and its subsidiaries such as Nindya Beton. In 2022, Nindya Beton targets the acquisition of new contracts to increase by 52% compared to the acquisition of work contracts last year. Nindya Beton managed to get a new contract worth 7.3 billion from the 2022 RKAP target of 342 billion rupiah until the end of February 2022. Meanwhile, Nindya Beton's operating income until the end of February 2022 was 17 billion from the 2022 RKAP target of 346 billion.
The existence of Nindya Beton will provide added value for Nindya Karya, especially in accelerating the production process and project completion because the raw materials are provided directly by Nindya Beton so that production costs become more competitive. Nindya Karya, through Nindya Beton, has prepared a long-term strategy by developing the market, not only in the domestic market but also in foreign markets through the supply of precast, readymix, labor and investment.
Infrastructure is needed to connect areas with high economic activity in order to make economic activities more efficient which in turn will improve people's welfare. Along with the sloping down of Covid-19 cases, the domestic construction market will also gradually recover. Nindya Karya is optimistic that the company's profit will continue to increase, as will its subsidiaries.
